Learning about myself and food at the same time... who knew?

Dr. P is incredible. I would have never expected to learn so much about myself and how I impact the processes of my food business. She has so much insight to coach food businesses on how to make money and reduce stress at the same time... who knew that would work? Definitely worth the listen!

Applicable to all Small Business

I don’t own a food business. I am a farmer (though hey, you never know what value added products I may develop in the future) and I have still found every single episode beneficial. The nitty gritty of good food production described by Dr. P is useful for all steps in the process including raising livestock. Further, the sound business principles and life management strategies are universal. I have learned a lot and will continue to listen.

So Much More than Food Talk!

I just discovered Dr. Michele's fascinating podcast. Although I don't own a food business, I worked in the food service industry for a decade and always wanted a peek behind the "strip curtain." I was initially curious to learn some of the more processy industrial food policies/ methodologies, but I was pleasantly surprised to gain insight that goes beyond the food service industry. Dr. Michele provides actionable tips that can be applied to nearly all aspects of work and life. I found her talk on "Observation" to be especially poignant. Great food for thought!
