Real world hero

As a world traveling business professional, father and husband finding more time in the day for anything that does not evolve one of the roles above is incredibly challenging. Additionally, the dichotomy of the thinking you can always be better at these roles is often off-set by the thinking that you must trade off the success of one of these roles to propel the success of another. Through his podcast, content and as a living example, Ben has created a real world frame work that reduces the confusion and dogma that clouds the health and wellness industry. The thing I sincerely appreciate is that Ben does not spend his entire podcast selling his product/services. He has real world guest and resists the urge to bring on controversial/ fringe guest just to drive ratings. Ben is able to simplify the complexity of diet, workouts and supplementation to help eliminate the painstaking effort of endlessly researching these topics and reminding his listeners that maintaining consistency, a positive mindset and setting realistic goals is the most effective way to evolve in all areas of fitness and in life.

Not Bad at all

Pretty good content. Down to earth, concise, and full of good references to go deeper later. But, like all podcasts, the first 15-20 mins is a Jeff Spicoli bromance with the guests. Fast forward to 15 min mark and you should be good.
