Thank you, Lynn
Lynn, I began listening in October last year... Man was I clueless as to how hard this road to recovery can be. Over the last 12 months I have felt on top of the world & so inspired, but I’ve also felt loneliness, desperation, and disgust with myself. One thing has remained consistent, listening to this podcast restores my Hope, reminds me that I am worth it and that I am not alone.
Thank you 🙏🏽 ❤️
The real deal
Lynn is so generous with using her own, relatable experiences, small and large, so that I have felt that sobriety is achievable. I started listening long before I was sober and the knowledge I accumulated really helped me once I was ready to go alcohol free more than 2 months ago!
