Best Soccer Performance Podcast

Erica does a phenomenal job of educating coaches and athletes on what it takes to be an elite athlete and human. The amount of information I’ve gained from her is unbelievable. She is a great host, a great coach and a fantastic person! If you work with youth athletes, especially female soccer players, this podcast is a must listen!
