ANYONE WHO HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR VOTING CREDENTIALS IN THE MAIL AT THE TIME OF THIS MEMO WILL NEED TO REQUEST YOUR DUPLICATE CREDENTIALS IMMEDIATELY AND BEFORE JANUARY 27, 2023 @ 11:00 AM EASTERN TIME







DUPLICATE BALLOTS CAN BE REQUESTED BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO OFFICE@TEAMSTERSLOCAL769.ORG OR BY CALLING THE LOCALS MIAMI OFFICE @ (305) 642-6255







• IF YOU SEND AN E-MAIL (THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD), YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU PUT “REQUEST FOR UAL DUPLICATE VOTING CREDENTIALS” AND GIVE YOUR FULL NAME, MAILING ADDRESS, SSN, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, AND PERSONAL E-MAIL ADDRESS. ALSO, INCLUDE WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR DUPLICATE CREDENTIAL BY “TEXT” OR “E-MAIL” (WE RECOMMEND RECEIVING IT BY TEXT), YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL FROM THE LOCALS ADMIN. WHO WILL THEN CONTACT “BALLOT POINT” AND HAVE YOUR VOTING CREDENTIALS SENT TO YOU.• IF YOU CALL THE LOCAL ADMIN. WILL ASK YOU FOR THE ABOVE INFORMATION, AND YOUR REQUEST WILL BE SENT TO BALLOT POINT SO YOU CAN RECEIVE YOUR DUPLICATE CREDENTIALS.• IF YOU CALL THE LOCAL OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM), OR IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, AFTER THE MESSAGE AND DIRECTORY, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LEAVE A “GENERAL” MESSAGE THAT WILL BE RETRIEVED BY ADMIN.
