B8: How to Find Ease During Seasons of Stress?
We’ve all had those seasons where stress seems to be at the forefront. Whether it’s while moving into a new home, the start or end of a job, launching a new business, dealing with health concerns, or something else entirely, we’ve all had times when life feels stressful. We also know that these seasons are bound to happen and it’s not something we can just will away or completely prevent. What we can do is find ways to best support ourselves and find ease within the stressful season.
I’m currently in a stressful season as I move from one home to another while in the middle of an autoimmune flare, and the tips I want to share with you today are the same things I’m using to get myself through this harder season.

Unwanted guests-need for calm
Hello Katie-
Listening to your calming episode today actually made me chuckle this morning because of the shared experience with unwanted guests. Do not fret….they will leave. I had them in my attic in a brand new home, so believe me it has nothing to do with cleanliness!
BTW….I have been enchanted with your podcast as it brings me to a space each time to where I can center, connect with my mind and make actual change to how I handle each task on the daily. Even those small things that would creep in and cause physical stress and unwanted anxiety has been decreased a significant amount.
I have been able to channel my energy to where I do not depend on anti-anxiety medication. This has been a life saver-TRULY! TY!
