Educational, Spiritual & Entertaining

He definitely takes me on a journey in every episode! It's one of the best shows for practicing Wiccans & Pagans- no interviews, no politics and the format is lively with a bit of humor peppered in. What to expect: each episode is packed with educational pieces on folk lore & traditions, magickal topics, spiritual insights, a great playlist of music related to the subject.

A good mix of music and knowledge...

If you are a veteran of the Pagan/Wiccan/Druidic, etc. paths, a lot of the information that Hawthorne presents in his podcasts will be nothing new. For those of us who are newer to this path and still have a lot to learn, there's much to discover here. I love the music he choses; thanks to The Spiral Dance, I've discovered great artists like Wendy Rule, Kellianna and The Moors. No he obviously is not a "professional" broadcaster, but he reminds me of a rather eccentric Humanities professor from my college days. Well worth a listen.

thumbs up!

by far, my favorite podcast, I really it! The variety allows for me to listen to it with others whom are not necessarily interested in the spirituality portion. Hawthorne's voice works well with the narratives.
