I have some surprising and predictable news. Aliens are real, and you are not alone in this neighborhood called space. That’s right, you heard me. There are trillions of worlds with intelligent life, and they have been there all along. Going about their space business, and even stopping by Earth occasionally. Why haven’t humans noticed you ask? Well, that is a very long story. The Star Jelly Files is a science fiction and fantasy podcast that asks the questions, what if the universal community was simply hiding from Earth this whole time, and what exactly has been happening out in space. If you choose to listen to these broadcasts, you must be prepared to meet those that live among the stars and experience their worlds. Are you ready to explore beyond the familiar skies of Earth? The release schedule of this podcast is subject to change depending on the phases of the moon, the presence of meteor showers, and the alignment of the 12th planet of the solar system. During this episode Astra shares the story of how they got to space, and how they met the Solar Light Beings, Aliens that travel the universe as balls of light. Episode Quote: “I could see them. Their soft amber glowing lights floating by my kitchen window. Calling for me to talk to them, to see them, to accept the idea that they were real. Real enough to reach out and introduce myself too. If I wanted to simply walk out my back door and greet them.”

Altarians and Bigfoot
During this episode Astra shares a letter from Opal about her first meeting with the Altarians, and their visit with the local Bigfoot community. I imagine that many believe that aliens and Bigfoot can’t exist in the same story or life adventure. One belongs to books about fantasy and the other to science fiction. But, in the greater universe, Bigfoot is very much part of the galactic community.

Intermission: Lights in the Forest
This week's episode is an intermission episode where I share a story about the first time I saw lights in the forest. As a writer I often get questions about why I choose the topics I do, and if I believe the fantastical things I write about exist or existed somewhere in the universe or not. One of the questions I get asked most often is do I believe in the paranormal. Believe in ghosts, believe in Bigfoot, and aliens, and how much of that belief influences my stories. During this episode I share one of my own paranormal stories, because it is my own paranormal experiences that help shape the stories I write.
