Had big expectations in this podcast.

But after listening in several of them I saw a pattern. The subject of the podcast, the title is most of the times not the topic of the conversation. Instead Of really hammering down on the subject to learn, they get into so much story telling and get sidetracked. Speakers gotta remember that there’s an audience interested in the topic and learning and talk to the point on that. Too much chit chat with personal stuff that has nothing to Do with the topic.
