Good stuff 👊

I appreciate what you do in promoting the art and shining the light on non Asian practitioners. Keep the episodes coming!

A martial arts discussion delight

Sure, if you asked me to leave at myself I’m more sword in staff, but that’s just a tiny fiddly difference of names, when the spirit of using a lever in your hand is the thing that brings us all together.
And no, for most of the movement that we all love, whether or not the lever is sharp doesn’t matter much at all. :-)
Love this podcast.

A surprising find

I have recently begun training again, and this podcast is a surprisingly accurate simulation of when 2 instructors meet up before or after a training session in a garage or basement and just share experiences as two equals. Great stuff!
