I was reluctant to invest time in podcast about Stoicism and psychology. But, in the episodes I’ve listened to, Alex has done a very good job trying to be true to Stoic thought while simultaneously making it useful psychologically.

Found a Great Stoic Podcast
I’m new to podcasts, but I was looking for something that I’d enjoy listening to on my walks. Alex does a great job of explaining how Stoic philosophy can act as solutions to modern problems. I’m working my way through Seneca’s letters & I loved hearing some of the quotes I’d underlined being used on the podcast. Great job. Can’t wait to catch up!
