I love this bright, cheery little flower – coming to full bloom at the height of the summer when days are the longest. It manages to bloom just in time to capture the power of long sunlit days in its leaves and flowers which we then get to infuse into extracts, powders and oils to help support depression, the nervous system and so much more. 
I also love how it helps so many people really feel better without the side effects. If certain people are having a particularly rough day I will leave a bottle on the counter or make a batch of tea as a subtle hint. It's why we lovingly refer to it as the "Stop being a jerk herb".
