Improved after Mary left
The shows seemed interesting and was excited to see the female hosts. After a handful of episodes, I had to stop listening because Mary sounded immature and whiny, I felt it was embarrassing for this female strength podcast. I came back to this podcast because someone recommended it again and am pleasantly surprised to see that Mary had left. I’ll give it another shot. One way to make the show better is to continue to base all advice on science.
