    We've all struggled with finding a doctor who actually cares enough to spend time with you.We've all struggled with finding a doctor who actually cares enough to spend time with you.

    To find out what the real problem is versus rushing you in and out with medications and no hope.

    And that takes longer than the 15 minutes we typically get with a doctor.

    Through my own journey, I found out that doctors were not helpful. They didn't know what was the root of my injuries and they suggested things like surgery without any clear indication of why.

    I had a doctor once tell me that they wouldn't know if I actually had an inguinal hernia until they operated. I was smart enough to say, no thanks and kept searching.

    Since then I've been on the search for doctors to add to my network. Doctors who I could refer clients to. Who would give them advice on healing and preventing versus saddling them with painkillers, surgeries and doubt.

    Turns out, I was looking for Dr. Parikh.

One of few fitness podcasts that I listen too

There are a lot of fitness related content online and sometimes it is difficult to sift through the junk and marketing that distracts you from what you’re looking for. The sanghera podcasts are no bs and straightforward but at the same time provide a great amount of detail that have helped me with my fat loss and strength training goals. Give this podcast a chance.

This guy is one of the best human beings on the planet! His knowledge about nutrition and science of the body is beyond what I’ve ever heard from a nutrition coach. Trust the process, he knows his stuff. He cuts right down to the nitty-gritty to help a person succeed mentally, emotionally, and physically. But you don’t take my word for it. 😎😉
