Very valuable as I navigate this time in my life
Who knows who to turn to when having to help elderly parents, find ways to manage their affairs and navigate the crazy laws? It’s so good to have a reasonable, understanding, knowledgeable lawyer that makes things easier to manage when dealing g with elderly parents.
Short, concise and appropriate. Rules change by state but topics are universal. Topics on money and legal strategies motivate the listener to investigate further.
I would like to hear more on long term care ins, transfer of custody, moving a family member out of state, financial record keeping. From an advocacy standpoint it’s very helpful.
