Stress less and achieve more!
Love Tommy’s clear and concise explanations! Tuned in on the episode on stress threshold and I can relate so much! I usually utilize eustress (positive stress) to get more done and it’s so true that when we leave stuff for the last minute we usually get them done and accomplish them even better than if we plan them out long time ago! Definitely avoid distress levels, and that’s why you should check Tommy’s show out!
