Great Info for Health in 40s

Great podcast that delivers common sense, real advice on nutrition, lifting, movement, mindset etc for people in the 40 plus crowd! Latest episode was especially inspiring - the guest started focusing on her health in her late 50s… proof that it is never too late to improve your health!
