You are an inspiration. After searching for the “right” diet, workout, weight loss plan for so long I stumbled on your website and it hit me: getting STRONG is its own reward. While I will never be a physique athlete, I have new appreciation for strength and muscle-building and that motivation is more consistent and easy to maintain than a “weight-loss” mindset.
