Conversations with Girl: Social Media
After listening to Joe Rogan's episode on Social Media and it's impact on kids (specifically its damaging effect on girls) I wanted to sit down with my 9th grade daughter and get her take.

So refreshing
It's so refreshing to hear a podcast from strong moms and what it takes to be top level athletes and a parent. Loved the real talk on the first couple of episodes. Keep it up!
Thank you for the 1st episode!
Maybe I’ve been stuck under a rock or something but I don’t hear nutritionists talk about children and an approach to their nutrition. I am on my kids all the time about what they eat and I feel like an alien at times, being one of the only parents I know that talks to their kids about this stuff. It’s good to hear someone else express genuine concern for their kids “getting fat” because of all the junk food they eat. Thanks for real talk about real mom issues!
