    Coach Gwen Russell: Expanding Access to Movement through Bungee Fitness Classes

    Coach Gwen Russell (Redwood Falls, MN) is a longtime Struct Club member, as well as the owner of C.O.R.E. Bungee Fitness & Spark Health Coaching. After 30+ years as a dental hygienist, Gwen's world turned upside down when health struggles surfaced in her 50s. Rather than accept her diagnosis, she fought her way into remission. She hired both a health coach and a career coach. She started an entirely new career at 55, becoming a health coach herself and built a bungee fitness studio from the ground up.     Coach Tami (Northern VA) has been a Struct Club member since 2019. She is a multi-modal coach across cycling, running, youth athletics & beyond. Whether coaching at community recreational centers or during her early days at the Pentagon, where she received her first opportunity to teach Spinning®, her core ethos is embodied in her brand: Truth Fitness. Coach Tami’s journey into becoming a multidisciplinary coach began unexpectedly, after falling short of the standard during a practice cycling segment of her military fitness test.
