Sloppy Used Car Salesman
If you want to "rock on", "have real world focus" and a lot of other jive and hype, this might be the podcast for you. While there may be some morsels of good advice in these podcasts, you have to wade through a lot of sloppy used car salesmanship to get to them. The host appears to be more in love with his own persona and trying to be as young and hip as the next graduating high school student than anything else. There are better sources of information out there without hosts that are trying to fit in with the popular crowd.
