A great resource for learning muscle building intuition

I use this podcast and the corresponding SSD online course to fine tune my fitness routine. Abel’s questions and his guest’s answers have gotten me up to speed relatively quickly on the state of fitness science.
I especially like Borge’s input on the Q&a episodes, he really knows how to describe what a sustained lifting routine across ones life should more or less look life

He dives deep into topics, but also keeps it practical whether you're a beginner, advanced trainee, or someone looking to just lead a balanced, sustainable life. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone interested in health and fitness looking to improve their life!
