    Setting a Health Goal for December

    December can be the forgetting month of goals, but I’m going to share how you can still set a super small realistic goal to not only make progress on, but to build momentum to walk into the New Year with confidence, calm, and excitement!

    *Side note: It doesn't matter if you are listening the 1st or the 9th!  You can apply these guidelines whenever you hear this and it also applies to any month or time of year when things are too hectic/full and you feel you like just want to pause and not do anything for your health goals.  

    Instead, you can take these tools, implement and ALWAYS be making progress and keep a BASELINE with your health, weight, and workouts!

    My guest today is Claire Bartholic, also known as The Planted Runner, a Running, Nutrition, and Mindset Coach, as well as the Host of ‘The Run to the Top Podcast’ -one of the leading running podcasts in the world and a top podcast in the entire world!

    Although, Coach Claire wasn’t always a runner.

    She started running in her mid-30s simply to get in shape for her high school reunion. It wasn’t about getting faster or racing; it was, to be honest, mainly about vanity.

    But something changed in her as the miles slowly added up. The reunion came and went and she kept running.

    Already plant based, she finished her first marathon at age 38 in a respectable 4:02 and was immediately hooked.
