Invaluable, Honest Info

This podcast challenges my mindset and preconceived notions about health, fitness, hormones, and timelines by which we accomplish our goals. I’ve seen more mental and physical progress (hello muscle gains and fat reduction) since slowing my pace and caring for myself from the inside out. Invaluable.
