Real and sustainable fitness

This Podcast rips the mask off of the fitness industry right off the bat and lays bare why most women struggle to get to their goals and keep their results without going crazy or suffering greatly along the way. I cannot say enough good things about this Podcast! Finally, women talking about how to live healthy, balanced, functional lives without starving, doing crazy things, or buying thousands of dollars of hyped up products that are designed to provide temporary results and then have you scrambling back to buy more. Thank you for creating this Podcast! I always look forward to new episodes every week!

For being in the health field, I really, really appreciate this podcast. These ladies speak the truth and address what we’re afraid to address. They call out : the hypocrisy in society , the double standards with different body types, the importance of eating well, and exercise, along with the inner struggles within ourselves.
