This country was founded on Christian principles and the roles of Patriot and Pastor sometimes mixed. The pulpit was a place where religious tradition mixed with political philosophy. If it were not for strong men of God, who were unafraid to speak outwardly about their faith and take strong political stands, this country would not be what it is today.
Sadly, most Pastor’s do not see the importance of keeping their church body informed politically. Tom does not subscribe to this philosophy. He believes it is extremely important to share the Gospel, Win the Lost, Disciple Believers, and to keep the church informed of what is going on politically so that we can “resist” the devil’s schemes and plans.

A Real Pastor
This is a real pastor. Someone who is to shepherd a flock does not ask the sheep to kindly step away from a ledge, he takes his staff and pulls them away by the neck. Does that sheep understand the danger they were just saved from? Probably not, but this is the call of someone who is a true pastor. They are to protect the sheep and wake up the sleepy Christians and America to the dangers facing the church and our country.

For Shame!
Tom is the pastor of a church in Englewood FL. In all honesty he’s a great man and an excellent preacher. What he is saying in these podcasts aren’t wrong. But the problem I have here is this, Christ tells us to turn the other cheek. It’s one of the most basic things we learn in church as kids. And the way he approaches this it would seem he has forgotten that. Attacking people and insulting them, I’m sorry but that’s not Christ Like at all. Jesus said that they’ll know your my disciples by the way you love one another. And the only thing said in this podcast/livestream etc is how everyone is wrong and how bad they did. Jesus didn’t come to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. The information might be facts, and I’m not disputing that at all. But what I am disputing and disgusted with here is that someone can stand behind a pulpit every Sunday and do the exact opposite of what Jesus did and claim to be a follower of Christ. Lastly is this; Hate the sin, love the sinner. How do you minister to someone when your actions and words are those of condemnation. I’m not saying the message is wrong or the facts aren’t correct. But the delivery is.
