Love this show

I have really enjoyed this show. Love the great advice, particularly the 80/20 podcast and enjoy race reviews. I am just getting into the sport and appreciate the help!

The host Mark Livesey is an experienced triathlete having done ITU and Ironman distance events. He and his co-hosts are also equally experienced. They entertain and educate simultaneously giving the show a feel of having a drink with friends. Most of the guests are pro triathletes and share details of their backgrounds and training. Good listening for novice and experienced athletes!
