Turning Procrastination into Productivity with Patrick Sanaghan
In this episode of the Triple 'T' Productivity Podcast, I talk to Pat Sanaghan, the author of ‘How to be a better Procrastinator’.
We all procrastinate, I do, you do and some folk probably do it more than they should. Do you think procrastination is a problem for you?
How do we overcome procrastination and make the most of our time?
I enjoyed this chat with Patrick. He shares his insights on why we procrastinate, how social media influences our behavior and how to deal with boring and unpleasant tasks - I loved the phrase "chewable chunks".
We also talk crap jobs, how feeling fulfilled and being self-aware can help us de-procrastinate ourselves.
