A Must Listen for Diabetics

As a runner, I’m constantly reading articles, watching videos and listening to podcasts for tips and motivation. But each one requires an added level of thought to figure out how it would apply to my body. As a Type 1 diabetic, this podcast not only cuts through that added step, but provides a sense of community and commonality. I love the show and look forward to every new episode.

Relatable, Motivating, and Entertaining

In short, I highly recommend this to any athlete diabetic or not. Any athlete facing challenges will find this podcast insightful and motivating. Above all, it’s not only informational, but it’s entertaining and relatable.

I am not a diabetic, but stumbled upon this podcast in search of running motivation. I thought I’d give it a quick listen and found myself captivated by the interview in the first podcast. Although, my struggles are distinct, I completely related and identified with Jon’s experiences. I’m eagerly awaiting the progression of this podcast.
