[5:00] Simplicity is key, whether you want to get rid of physical or mental clutter. When we feel disorganized, it becomes difficult to envision where we need to go or who we want to be.
[7:08] Becoming more mindful with ourselves allows us to be open to the awareness of our actions and thoughts and how we can establish power in the present moment.
[8:21] Procrastination can live in a place of fear. Finding ways to reduce our anxiety will enable us to act without fear in our hearts. 
[9:58] When we don’t communicate when we need help or are too embarrassed due to shame, we become more isolated and unwilling to help our situation.
[11:20] We often speak to ourselves in a negative way that doesn’t align with our goals. Kindness to self allows us to be more gentle with how we speak about our actions and shortcomings
