Looking forward to future podcasts!

I am enjoying listening to the interview with Dr. Hoffman and diving deeper I got the research on hydration during ultra events.

This podcast is a great resource for those of us that provide medical support at ultra events, as well as to folks who participate in those events.

I am really looking forward to future episodes!
