    But when you believe what you tell yourself, you will begin to unapologetically shift your way into being in control of your anxiety.
    You will literally change your life for the better. Because when you’re mind is set in the positive, you can achieve anything. You can start that business. You can run that 5k or marathon. You can quit the job. You can go back to school.
    You can absolutely become unapologetically you.

    You just have to let your anxiety know that you are in control, not it!
