The conditions of your life have no power to make you feel good or bad. They are always neutral. Conditions trigger beliefs. Most people do not realize the emotions they feel are not generated by outside conditions, they're simply shifts in perspective. When something happens that that makes you feel good, you automatically raise your perspective in response. But when something triggers a limiting belief, you drop your perspective and feel negative emotion. The actual conditions are not responsible for this yo-yo approach to life. It's all about perspective. In this episode, Joshua explains how to let go of outside conditions and adjust your beliefs instead. You can't control the conditions, but you can process your beliefs and maintain a much higher perspective. This is the unconditional approach to life.
