A Life We Believe and Believe In
To live a full life, truth needs to be the foundation. We seek spiritual awareness because we crave truth, and because we know that wholeness can only exist in truth. Truth exists only in its full form; there is no such thing as a partial truth.
We must strive for truth in our lives, no matter how difficult it may be. To do this, we need to practice self-awareness and be willing to learn hard truths about ourselves and the world. It may be uncomfortable, but truth was true before we arrived, and understanding it will lead to a fuller life.
We must seek the truth about ourselves, challenge our beliefs and identify false or deceptive information. We must build a life based on real, tested truth and remove anything that does not align with it. Our life should feel true to us, without having to resort to deceit or manipulation.
In order to live a full and happy life, we must stay true to our beliefs and align our lives with the truth. We should aim for perfection, but also recognize that it is never fully achievable. We must utilize our growth and expansion to further grow and expand our life and experience more.
We are all on a journey to discover truth and grow into more ideal versions of ourselves. This journey is infinite and never-ending. As we pursue truth and express it, we can live a life grounded in truth and keep expanding it for as long as we're here.
Key Lessons
Self-awareness is essential to understanding truth.
We must challenge our beliefs in order to align with truth.
Our journey of discovering truth is ongoing and ever-expanding.

No Distinction Between Self and Other
To make meaningful changes in our lives, we must take action beyond just thinking. In order to be truly happy, we must break out of our individualism and seek union with others. This can be done through behavior and looking at how we act.
Taking action is necessary to achieve balance and find true oneness. We need self-awareness to make positive change in our behavior. We must pay attention to how we treat ourselves and others, and strive to dissolve the distinction between them.
This paradoxical idea of maintaining individuality while also connecting with oneness requires us to hold two conflicting ideas at the same time. Walking the path of oneness requires us to treat others as we would treat ourselves, to recognize the distinction between self and other is unnecessary and can lead to an imbalance of treating ourselves better or worse than others. Reconciling this imbalance is important for finding solidarity and union of the whole.
We can find balance between our individual expression and a sense of union with all that is by treating ourselves and others with kindness and equality. This doesn't mean ignoring our discernment or common sense - sometimes detachment is the kindest thing we can do. Living in the balance of individuality and connection is where the beauty of life is found.
We can foster oneness and unity by learning to blur the distinction between self and other, and by recognizing that we are all connected and part of the same oneness. In this way, we can create a space of acceptance and safety for everyone, and together we can grow and nurture our shared experience of unity.
Key Lessons
We can create meaningful change in our lives by taking action beyond just thinking
We can foster oneness and unity by blurring the distinction between self and other
It is not greater oneness or greater individuality, it's both.

Unacknowledged Anger as an Obstacle to Joy
Anger is seen as an obstacle to joy, but it can be a difficult feeling to process. It is often seen as unattractive, but it is a natural emotion that can be expressed in healthy and unhealthy ways. If we want to live a life of joy, we must acknowledge and process our anger.
Unacknowledged anger can lead to a loss of spark and enjoyment of life, manifesting as depression, anodonia, or a feeling of numbness. Awareness of anger is key to acknowledging it in a healthy manner and allowing it to move. Repressing anger can lead to resistance to joy and happiness by preventing us from acknowledging and learning from the message it is trying to communicate.
It's possible to confront negative feelings without immediately doing something about them, and to let go of a problem and focus on something else to find a solution. It's enough to acknowledge negative feelings and allow them to flow without forcing them out. This allows us to move past them and experience joy again.
Acknowledging and dealing with the truth of our emotions is the first step to freeing ourselves from them. Acknowledging our anger can help us make better choices and create space for joy and happiness. We can move towards the positive by first dealing with the negative feelings within us.
Key Lessons
Anger is a natural emotion that can be expressed and processed in healthy ways.
Repressing anger can lead to a loss of spark and enjoyment of life.
Acknowledging our anger can help us make better choices and create space for joy and happiness.

Bringing Together Heart, Mind, and Body
We often desire something, but our mind and/or body may not be aligned with that desire yet. If we explore this desire and envision it becoming reality, we can tell if it's something we should pursue or not. We must assess our habits and perspectives in order to see if they align with our desires for a prosperous, abundant life.
This requires both the ability to receive and to give freely, allowing a healthy flow of energy and avoiding stagnation or a buildup of resources. We can learn a lot about ourselves by observing our habits and behavior. To create abundance, we must learn to be open to both giving and receiving, and be able to envision our desires from our own perspective.
If we feel uncomfortable with something, we can explore our own discomfort and nurture ourselves rather than forcing ourselves to be something we're not. We should not repress our desires, as it will prevent us from living a life of full expression and truth. Our deepest desires are the propellant that moves us through life, so we should pursue them with love instead of relying on willpower or fear.
We have the freedom and agency to try and bring our life into alignment with our deepest desires, so that our experience matches the feeling of our desires. We can adopt this idea and start living our life in balance, union, and fully through ourselves now.
Key Lessons
It is important to assess our habits and perspectives to determine if they align with our desired lifestyle.
We should not repress our desires, but instead strive to bring our life into alignment with them.
Our desires are the propellant that drive us forward and can help us live our life in balance, union, and fully through ourselves.

What if It’s All Already Within?
The other day I got to thinking about the idea of infinity not only being outwardly, but inwardly as well. It made me think that perhaps the source of inspiration, creativity, and divine power comes from within us and not from outside, and that life is an expression of inside-out, not outside-in. We can reveal our own truth by removing our own veils and connecting with all the creation that already exists within us.
We can understand the basics of infinity, but if we think about it too hard, we get stuck. Maybe the wrong question is where everything came from, because if there is an ultimate beginning, there must also be an end. Infinity has no beginning or end, and creation is constantly being split up and recombined.
Our internal explorations can be infinitely deep and can lead us to a union with everyone and everything else - the closer we get to the source of creation, the closer we get to all of creation. We can't transfer absolute truths to one another, as they must be experienced internally to be fully known. Exploring what is within us can lead to union with all of creation and true connection with all that already exists.
Key Lessons
Our source of inspiration, creativity, and power comes from within.
Life is an expression of inside-out rather than outside-in.
Exploring what is within us can lead to true connection with all that already exists.

Growing What You Want To Harvest
Life is a balance between doing and not doing, action and reflection. It's important to live a life that we actually want to harvest and make sure our desires don't consume us. We must remember to pay attention to our duties and obligations and also to our dreams and desires.
We should strive for a life filled with joy, passion, and enthusiasm, rather than one of drudgery and just fulfilling obligations. We should make sure to prioritize meaningful experiences, instead of just doing what needs to be done. Doing our "vegetables" is important, but we should still make sure to enjoy life.
We can easily get out of balance by abandoning passion and joy. This can lead to a passionless and joyless life, which can be draining, and can cause us to feel exhausted. We need to include joy and passion into our lives in order to feel alive and engaged.
We're meant to live a life that feels good and nurtures our whole selves. To do this, we need to work towards things we actually want and intentionally grow what we want to harvest. We can reconnect with these parts of ourselves and start to notice what we want to be saved from.
Finding joy and passion in life requires understanding what fits us best and creating space to pursue what we want. We can start to turn the dial by reorienting and refocusing, while still largely doing what we do now. Step by step, we move closer to creating the life we want.
Key Lessons
We should prioritize meaningful experiences and include joy and passion into our lives.
Rather than living a life of drudgery and just doing what needs to be done, we should work towards things we actually want.
We can start to create the life we want by reorienting and refocusing while still doing what we do now.
