Best Vegan Fitness Podcast/Info

Found this podcast through his IG page & i have to say i’ce learned alot since, i’ve been vegan for about 7 months. I have lost about 90lbs & have put on some muscle, but i definitly feel that through Fritz Info & help will take me to the next level for sure!!!!!!!!!!

Love Listening

Today is my first day listening to this podcast. It is making me excited about dinner, especially mushrooms… LOL. Please keep podcasting about macros, calories, lifting weights versus cardio, and enjoying life. I just made myself a standing desk at work and I realized by listening to your podcast that I’m not eating enough protein. As a former athlete, and new (again) to plant-based eating, your information is extremely helpful.
