Taylor Lyons- Founder of Giving back Canada and dreams of helping the world
Taylor Lyons is the founder of Giving Back Canada which started back in 2017. A former athlete and university grad was at a loss of where she wanted to do. Like many, she wanted something with a purpose and fulfilling. While maintaining her career, Taylor decided to begin 'Giving back Canada'. She embarked on a journey of finding families in need and help feed them.
There mission is to bring unity within their community through providing free groceries to families in dire need. They currently provide to over 60 families and are looking to expand our efforts on a national (and one day international) scale. In the future, they hope to help families in all aspects of their life, beyond just groceries.
They have been hosting virtual campaigns for almost four years now, but only saw it take off during the pandemic. They have managed to raise a record number of donations through our urgent fundraisers, (i.e $16,500 in 15 days, $33,500 in 24 days) and are only continuing to grow. We rely solely on donations, and are currently waiting to gain charity status and receive more funding!
Everyone needs to check out Taylors, journey below. Taylor is such an inspiration for young women and anyone that wants to give back. Any help will go a long way.

Joe Trimboli - Survivor, Realistic Optimist, Mindset Coach and the founder of the 5 a.m Wake up call
An amazing conversation with Joe or as they call him Pep. He calls himself a realistic optimist. He has a passion for helping others through his own awakening in his own life. Joe has battled cancer, rebuilt his mind to become a solid foundation as the basis towards his success.
Joe remembers him battling all the negative energy he brought to himself and it was not until the age of 40 where he realized he needed a mind shift. He was coached by the likes of Bob Proctor and his team, and began to learn and listen to his voice inside his head.
Once he began to sponge in so much knowledge from books and practicing what he preaches, Joe wanted to pay this message forward. Starting from a group of a few, it grew to what many all know as the 5 a.m. Wake up call.
Yes, waking up at 5 a.m. each morning with a bunch of strangers who in the latter have become an amazing community. Reading, reflecting and growing together. Such a great movement that will inevitably bring an amazing energy.

Giovanni Bartolomeo - Breathwork, Awakening and the ability to Surrender
Giovanni Bartolomeo has a unique story and is on this continuous journey towards living. It began his early years, going down a path of certainty towards the social norms of success. Achieving a high level status in education, attending one of North America's top business schools and living the life of what society encourages as a climbing road. As a young entrepreneur, he realized something was missing. There was a whole in his soul and then it all began.
Going to the jungles of Brazil to drink a liquid to bring your spiritual connection to another level, or walking in the mountains with Wim Hof himself, Gio as some call him was destined for something more. He gave up his path towards financial success and allowed himself to surrender to what the universe had destined for him.
Have a seat and listen to this inspirational journey of Gio and his discovery of breathwork and his realization that we all must surrender to life's purpose. -
