Millennial Snowflake warning
Gavin Wax was VP of a Christian company, he listed in his bio that he was VP. His boss called him out online after he fired an FBomb at another Twitter user. Gavin responds to his boss in a very negative manner instead of humbly admitting his mistake. His boss terminated him. Gavin went an a full day rant that he was being discriminated against. Here are the REAL FACTS.
THE COMPANY IS A CHRISTIAN COMPANY- F bombs are not acceptable.
A VP is a brand ambassador, even if low level workers had done the same thing, HE WAS A VP ! Higher the level the greater the responsibility!
The BOSS IS THE BOSS- Making a public challenge to your boss, the sole owner of the company will never work. Any boss that allows this to happen forfeits his authority to manage.
After his ego driven self imposed termination he spent HOURS trash talking his former company, he proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is not mature enough for anything higher than entry level.
