A weekly Podcast in which coach Chris Hauth offers advice, observations and tips for his group of Ultra Endurance athletes. Topics mostly include mindset, training and current coaching philosophies but can easily veer off into random topics that come up in the ultra endurance world. Chris coaches endurance athletes, whether for organized events such as Ironman and Ultras or extreme events that are defined by the athlete along with Chris.

You gotta do the work! 🏊♀️🚴🏼♀️🏃♀️
Chris’s passionate authenticity is contagious. This podcast inspires true self reflection and improvement. There are no hacks here.
This podcast is one of the best out there in terms of the actual value it provides. Chris does a great job of communicating training and endurance topics while backing them up with easy-to-understand explanations. No bells and whistles here and they aren’t needed! One of the best podcasts I’ve found for actually providing value.
Inspiring Discussions - Changing Mindsets
This podcast has helped me to learn a ton about the ultra endurance world, without actually entering it.
I’ve finished a few marathons and shorter events, but for the longest time struggled with my why. “Why do I keep signing up for longer events?” That’s a question that both others asked me, and what I asked myself.
This podcast and Chris’s insight on how our minds work with respect to this topic helped me uncover that I was running to impress others. Of course I got a lot more out of running (improved health, sense of accomplishment in finishing, etc), but that was the main reason.
Since that discovery, I’ve reset and gotten back to the core. I’ve fell back in love with running after taking a short break, and I couldn’t be happier to be on this journey we call life.
This podcast gives training insights, important discussions on priorities, and raw inspiration to its listeners.
Chris, as long as you create podcasts, I’ll consume them. Your principles apply to more than just running, and you’ve helped me become a better athlete and a better person.
Give this podcast a listen and you won’t be disappointed. Let the reviews and podcast rating speak for itself.
