Highly recommend for those on a personal athletic journey

Highly recommend this podcast for in depth ultra training advice and motivation.
No matter your experience level, Chris offers insight into the backbones of training on all fronts - running, biking, cycling, and even paddle boarding.
I haven’t been able to finance a personal trainer myself at this time in life and I look forward to each episode filled with detailed insight and authentic motivation. I use this podcast to help explore my athletic journey and bases for training plans. One day I plan to continue the conversation with a personal trainer, and Chris’ podcast will always be a great listen.
