    What Exactly to Avoid on Food Labels: Artificial sweeteners, BHT/BHA, And Artificial Dyes

We dive deep into what exactly these things are and mean as well as surprising foods and drinks that they are in including diet sodas, drink mixes, tabletop sweeteners, sugar-free gum, frozen desserts, cereal bags and more! We’ll be sharing both Dr. Madison and Dr. Rachel’s weakness when it comes to sugar / artificially dyed snacks, as well as health effects of the consumption of these substances and what to be aware of on food labels. We finally get to the bottom of why Diet soda is 100% worse for you over normal soda and how artificial sweeteners could actually be contributing to your ability to lose weight / manage glucose intolerance.
