Bryan Is The Man!

Bryan has found something special in creating this podcast! I've seriously learned more about my own health from this podcast than I learned in 3 years getting my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I love what this podcast stands for and the guests Bryan brings on.

This is a great podcast to listen to if you’re going through your normal routine, or just getting ready to start the day. Bryan and Keoni are extremely relatable, and they provide great insight on each topic they discuss each week. This is a great new series that has a lot to offer for many people.
