Always solid thoughtful Information

I love this series of podcasts. Adrienne Nolan has a way of getting to the heart of health issues in a way any person can understand. She is able to take huge amounts of information and condense it into simple concepts that we can all grasp. She brings to light the many ways we can all improve our health without always making a visit to the doctor’s office. Quite frankly, she provides you with information you will never get at any traditional doctor’s office. You will find yourself saying, “Gosh, why didn’t know about this before?” If you want to open your mind to all avenues of healthcare—traditional, functional, integrative, holistic, etc., this is a great place your you to dive in.
