This week we are talking Borderline Personality Disorder(BPD) with special guest, BPD advocate, seamstress, and Psychology Student Xannie Stavert! We are sharing stories about our lives with BPD, our trials and tribulations, and our efforts to educate others.

Join us as we advocate for a Stigma-Free society so that mental health may be sustainable and attainable for everyone.

     * My BPD episode on season 1 was the MOST downloaded episode at a whopping 1,600 downloads so far. This opened my eyes to the importance of sharing my story and other BPD advocates' stories. If anyone is listening or watching, you are not alone.

    Happy MLK day to everyone!

In today's episode, we are talking about cultural diversity and co-cultured communication.  And joining me are two special guests, musician & artist Dio Sabado and School Counselor Iliana Alvarez.

Join us as we chat about our experiences as co-cultured Americans, the trials and tribulations, and the celebration of cultural diversity.

If you have ever felt different or felt like you didn't belong because of the way you look, talk, or feel, remember that our differences make us who we are and instead of holding them back we should celebrate ourselves in our entirety.

MoshPitChick89 ,

I’m not alone...

I LOVE this podcast probably mostly because I relate. I love how she is so open and comfortable talking about different mental illnesses. It definitely has helped me in a positive way and I share the episodes in hope that other can learn and we can end the stigma that is mental illness
