The Whiskey Reel

Not really a metal podcast, but I just listened to “This episode is SO Metal”. I love the discussion on metal as a genre, although I must disagree with your opinion on Deep Purple! Love the inclusion of music clips throughout the pod, that’s mighty brave of you guys (coming from another podcaster)! Anyways, I’d recommend this pod to anyone that wants to have the feeling of hanging out with some drinking buddies!

This is a great podcast that has it all. Laughter, anger and even the occasional tears. The GM and BVN amaze me with their wittiness and sense of humor. I still miss me some Moriar”tie”. A great show that I highly recommend!

This show is amazing! Bobby, Sean, and Aaron are spot on in their reviews, critiques, and wittiness. Their demeanor is unmatched! Incredibly entertaining and never a dull moment. Ingenious reappearing characters, sketches, and advertisements! I’ll be listening every week to The Whiskey Reel and I highly recommend you do too! Cheers boys and keep up the tremendous work!!

This podcast is super fun, especially if you're prone to drving around on your own like I do. It makes it seem like you've got a backseat of friends talking about things they love (primarily the movie and whiskey of choice, but other topics and a wealth of stories abound!) As someone who has barelhy ever listened to hip hop in my life, the podcast's "Liquid Swords" episodes inspired me to listen to the album in full and consider their commentary (it's great!) Give this one a listen for sure!
