Today’s guests are my friends Chris and Miriam Bair from Keto Chow. 
Chris and Miriam Bair have created a delicious meal replacement shake Keto Chow to use as a tool with the ketogenic diet. They have been doing keto for a number of years now and are helping people to improve their lives with Keto.  They have even gone as far as to have a conference in their local are Keto Salt Lake. 
What is your passion, purpose and mission?  We fell that the Ketogenic lifestyle is the proper human diet and we know with it you can improve so much of your health.  We make keto chow because people can use it to reach some of their goals.  We want to help people be better, do better and feel better because of this lifestyle.
What is your WHY… WHY use your Keto chow, electrolytes?
What are your favorite meals or foods to eat?  Keto Chow, brisket, prime rib, lasagna, chaffles, 
How do you take care of yourself?  Practice what you preach?  We track our sleep, we count macros, we participate in our religion which helps us with mental stability and calm.  We are constantly trying to improve.  We use Keto chow frequently mostly on a daily basis.
What kind of ingredients are in Keto Chow? 
How it is different than a protein shake? 
What is the difference between your electrolytes?
Keto Chow has a meet up every month on the 3rd Saturday of the month.  They share recipes and teach them about a new tidbit (usually by youtube video) of info that we have learned in the keto space.
