Healing Through Grief, Ariel's Story Part 3

Healing Through Grief, Ariel's Story Part 3

Today concludes our conversation with Ariel. Christy and I feel like we’ve been given a gift through Ariel’s story and are so happy that we get to share it with you. Please let us know what you think! This is a little different for us and we’d love to know if it resonates with you. We believe this topic is so important and seeing it through Ariel’s eyes was really powerful.

This is the last episode in a 3 Part series. If you missed the last two you might want to go back and listen. Please be warned the topic is the death of a loved one so you can decide if that’s right for you right now.

Ariel Arnson is a Rapid Transformational Therapist and coach, her mission is to guide people in reconnecting to themselves, their body, mind, spirit and enhancing that relationship by reconnecting them to live in the knowingness of their inner truth: I AM ENOUGH.

Healing Through Grief, Ariel's Story Part 2

Healing Through Grief, Ariel's Story Part 2

Today we continue with Part 2 of Healing Through Grief, Ariel’s Story. This episode focuses on all the ways Ariel was being prepared to be there for her dad- even though she didn’t know it was coming. And even though her intentions for healing were for her own reasons. Christy nad I unknowingly got to be part of this journey.

We love Ariel’s perspective and how rich her experience is as an empath. The process of watching her go from overwhelmed to empowered is really cool to see.

As a reminder, if you feel that listening to the heaviness of the death of a loved one is too much for you right now, then we invite you to skip this and the following couple of podcasts since this is a 3 Part series.

Important Podcast as I Re-Parent Myself

Listening to The Whole Point is like having a 1-1 session with Christy or Cyrina. The knowledge about the topics they bring into the podcast leave me questioning what’s true for me. Asking my intuition, how do I feel about that? The podcast is thought provoking, but more importantly intuition provoking. All of their podcasts feel rooted in their calling to hold space for us as they teach us and show us the way to trust our inner knowing and feel our feelings. Thank you to them for being part of my alignment time each week!

Wise and magical

Wow these two are so full of wisdom and openly share from their life experiences. I love how they offer examples because it prompts me to think about similar situations in my own life. Thank you thank you for the magic you’re making together!

Transformation AND enjoying the process!!

Listening to Christy and Cyrina make me feel like I’m hanging out with good friends!! Conversations about thoughts, ideas, fears, feelings lot of us think about but don’t really talk about. One of the things I love about this podcast is how real and open they are about their experiences. It’s completely relatable! They break down many of the reasons we have certain behaviors, thoughts and feelings. Providing information, steps, processes and insight on how we can heal ourselves. While having fun and being easy about our journey!!
