Glimmers
Thank you for everything you’re doing. I’ve always tried to find the good in little things. It has really helped. My husband died four months ago tomorrow, which is also his birthday. So sitting outside in the sun and listening to your beautiful podcast has brought me some peace. Thank you.
Karen saved my life
When my husband died, my world went black. He was the love of my life and my soul mate.
I did not want to keep living without him. But on his deathbed he made me promise to find a way to make a happy life for me and my daughter. I was desperate. I could not function. I spent a lot of time weeping and wailing in the fetal position. I could not stop crying and could not eat or sleep
I found Karen on YouTube
I binged listened day and night
I did things she suggested
I followed people she interviewed and binged listened and followed their suggestions
Today I am six months in and starting Karen’s program
I am functioning well and finding hope. The pain is still very real but there is very real hope now
I feel I am being a good mom to our daughter today and that we both now have hope
Finding Karen was life saving for me
Finding purpose
This podcast spoke volumes to me although each and every one of Karen’s podcasts do. She has a way of knowing what we need because she went through all this herself. She doesn’t hold back or sugar coat, she’s very direct, which I find refreshing. Sometimes that’s exactly what we need to moved forward.
