WINK is an acronym for "What I Now Know," which is also the format of messaging with The WINK Hub.
Each "WINK" is a piece of advice to your younger self, using the following format: "Knowing what I now know, I would tell myself at/as..."
Listen along as Emma (founder of @thewinkhub) interviews guests about their WINK, specific to every single person. The beautiful truth about telling our story is that, while we've all experienced different circumstances, the lessons are often similar. Fear, Love, Growth, Anger, Loneliness. There's a collective experience all of us share on this planet.
And lest you think all WINKs need to be heavy or serious, sometimes the words that your 17-year-old self needs to hear is that you absolutely cannot microwave a Capri-Sun. And your 22 year old self needs to hear not to give yourself bangs right after a breakup!

Leaving Chalk Wherever I Go!
It's DAY 50 of The 100 Day Project 2020, so I thought I'd walk you through what the daily chalk drawings you've seen all over my social media are about! In this episode, I'll fill you in on all the details of the Project and dive into some unexpected takeaways I've gained from participating.
Even if you don't think you're creative, I guarantee there's something for you by joining in the fun - there's a ton of great takeaways that have nothing to do with the specific project and more to do with learning to enjoy the process. Let me know if you've done a project or have any questions about the process! -
The Silver Lining
Pivot, pivot… PIVOT! Ross* was saying it before it was cool, back when we could hug and go to movies. With all the recent pivoting going on with the world (and on a much smaller scale, me), I wanted to create this episode about the three perspective-shifters I'm using to turn negatives to positives!
My story in this episode is about my recent job loss, but I think anyone who is going through big changes - being furloughed, reduced hours, essential workers - will hopefully find these takeaways useful!
*Ross is the worst character in 'Friends,' no argument.

From a picky introvert
WOW - just wow. For once I’m not comparing myself to someone and just strictly relating to them. You’re really inspiring me to pick up a pen and start writing, and try to get out of this funk I’ve put myself in this past year. Please don’t stop putting out episodes!
