Interesting, informative, and great accents!

I really enjoyed listening to these ladies discuss their personal fitness journies and issues. They are honest and real about how women's bodies are different and how every woman has different goals. I look forward to many more episodes, and hopefully they will help motivate me to get back in the gym :-)
