Deep Dive

The tools and books that Patrick and his team have put together have been so helpful to me and my business. Humble, Hungry, Smart are 3 of our core values at my office. In addition, everyone takes the work my genius assessment when they are hired.

We are still working through implementing the working genius model into our everyday work. This podcast has helped to give me ideas.

One thing I would love to is a deep dive on each of the traits to understand the strengths and weaknesses of a DI or an ET etc

Thanks Patrick and team!

WG helps at work and at HOME

My wife introduced me to WG and I absolutely love it. I have taken many assessments over the years, and I like that this one helps me not only identify who I am but also how I can work with others.

And it has also helped at home. I am a “IE” and my wife is a “DG”. My invention is often in overdrive and my enablement is constantly looking for ways to help others! This can be awesome and challenging (overwhelming for others) if not kept in check! I have learned to hold back and not “over invent”. And my wife has learned not to decern every invention that I mention (before WG I thought she was just killing my JOY- now I understand she is just asking questions to understand). She will now wait until I mention the same thing 3+ times! Hahaha!

This self-awareness has helped us in so many ways! We are using the WG language in everyday conversations at work and at home. I can’t wait to share this with the rest of the family! Thank you!!!
